Château de Meursault dates back to the 11th century and after a number of different owners, the estate was taken over by the Halley family in 2012. Today, it is one of the most beautiful properties in Burgundy, producing hand-crafted wines made from 100 percent estate-grown fruit, that reflect the distinctive vineyards and appellations from which they are made. Château de Meursault comprises 60 hectares of vines, all situated in the Côte de Beaune, around Aloxe-Corton, Savigny- Lès -Beaune, Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Each climat and terroir imparts very different qualities into the wine.
