Our offers are valid while stocks last and are reserved for adults only.
Unless otherwise stated, our prices are net, including all taxes, and are valid within mainland France excluding Corsica. The bottle price refers to a 75cl bottle unless otherwise indicated. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required at the time of order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa). Our products remain our property until full payment is received.
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order to return any unwanted goods in their original delivery condition to:
Château de Meursault, Rue du Moulin Foulot, 21190 Meursault.
Before returning any items, please call us at +33 (0)3 80 26 22 60.
The value of the returned products listed on the invoice, including the initial delivery costs (excluding the cost of returning the goods), will be refunded, less the value of any items retained.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
Shipping costs are a flat fee of €35 for any order of fewer than 24 bottles or less than €350 in value. Shipping is free for orders of 24 bottles or more or purchases of €350 or more, unless otherwise stated.
Our wines are packed in boxes of 6 bottles. If you would like a mixed selection of different wines, please contact us at +33 (0)3 80 26 22 60 or commande@chateau-meursault.com.
Delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, unless affected by major disruptions (such as weather conditions, strikes, etc.). Delivery is only possible by appointment arranged by the carrier. Please provide your phone number and email address to ensure successful delivery.
If any issues are noticed upon delivery, please note the appropriate reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip and contact us at +33 (0)3 80 26 22 60.
Wine is a living product, sensitive to movement and temperature fluctuations: we recommend waiting three weeks after delivery before consuming it.
If you do not have a cool, humid cellar, your wines may not keep as long. We recommend tasting a bottle from time to time (once a year) to monitor its development.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959, Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, and Article L.3353-3 of the French Public Health Code prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors.
Anyone purchasing wine from SCEV Château de Meursault confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.
LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact Château de Meursault to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement can be reached, the court of Dijon shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the application of these general terms and conditions of sale, without prejudice to Château de Meursault’s right to bring action before any other competent court.
