News from the 2022 vintage, 1st harvest conducted in organic farming
The harvest was healthy and generous. It started on August 26th in our Beaune Premier Cru Toussaints then on August 29th in our Meursault Premier Cru Les Charmes-Dessus.
The whites carried out their alcoholic fermentation in barrels. On tasting, they are dense and well balanced and we are starting to stir them to bring them complexity.
The reds underwent a three-week maceration. Currently, the devatting is finished and we are starting the barreling. On tasting, the wines are characterized for some by an elegant sweetness, fruitiness and roundness and for others by strength and substance.
