On Saturday 15th March 2025, the Paulée de Printemps once again brought together more than 500 wine lovers and professionals for a great moment of sharing and conviviality.
This year’s event was presided by Patrick Henriroux, twice Michelin-starred chef from La Pyramide restaurant in Vienne. He emotionally presented the Prix de la Paulée to Christophe Quéant, chef of Le Carmin restaurant in Beaune (one Michelin star), in recognition of his commitment and talent for highlighting local produce.
The wines of Château de Meursault and Château de Marsannay were served and presented by Véronique Lagrange-Martinet and Pierre Roussel, ambassadors for the estate.
Following tradition, each guest brought his or her own bottles to go with the meal prepared by chef Olivier Huez.
