After 18 months of ageing, Meursault Premier Cru Les Charmes-Dessus, Charmes, Perrières and the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru are sub-stratified, then stabilised for two months in stainless steel vats to harmonize the cuvée. Light fining and gentle filtration complete their brilliance.
