We are refurbishing our former winery in which the latest vintage vinified was 1979.
The south wing of this new winery will be dedicated to the vinification of our red Premiers Crus and Grands Crus.

This ambitious project goes along with an in-depth technical study. We have anticipated the oenological needs of the winemaking process, as well as the realities of the future climate, so that we can offer our wines the best possible conditions for ageing, now and in the future.

For over a year, we have been rebuilding the walls, roof structure and cellars using solutions to improve the carbon footprint such as geothermal energy, eco-managed materials, and bioclimatic design.

The highpoint of this renovation is the monumental roof structure, weighing almost 4 tonnes which brings elegance and greatness architectural style of the building. This winery will welcome the Paulée de Meursault, third “Glorieuse” of the Vente des Vins des Hospices de Beaune.
