The 21st Paulée was held on Saturday 11 October in an elegant and convivial atmosphere. Guests began the evening with a tour of the cellars, accompanied by a tasting of Corton Grand Cru Les Maréchaudes 2024, before gathering for an aperitif in the Grand Salons of the Château.
The chef for the evening, David Le Comte, from L’Auberge de la Charme in Prenois, which has one Michelin star, elevated the art of fine dining with a refined menu showcasing local and seasonal produce. His creativity and passion for authentic flavours were shared with the guests.
Wines from the Châteaux de Meursault and Marsannay accompanied this exceptional dinner, including the Pommard Premier Cru Clos des Épenots 2015, which was served with the chef’s signature dish: ‘Charolais beef with Saigon sauce’.
