This Saturday 26th October, the guests of this exclusive edition began the evening with a cellar tour while tasting a Corton Grand Cru Les Mar\u00e9chaudes 2023<\/strong>, followed by an aperitif in the Ch\u00e2teau\u2019s Grands Salons, with a Clos du Ch\u00e2teau 2019<\/strong> served in magnum.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The art of the dining was at a very high level with the Chef William Frachot<\/strong>. Double Michelin-starred and recognized as a \u201cTable de Prestige\u201d by Gault & Millau for his restaurant Le Chapeau Rouge in Dijon<\/strong>, The Chef offered a sophisticated menu featuring local and seasonal products.<\/p>\n

The meal was served with wines from Ch\u00e2teau de Meursault and Ch\u00e2teau de Marsannay, including the first vintage of Beaune Premier Cru Tuvilains 2022.<\/strong> This wine was tasted with one of the Chef’s signature dishes: \u00ab Ma r\u00e9conciliation avec le chou-fleur \u00bb. <\/em>Before the meal, William Frachot shared his creative vision and the inspirations behind his conceptions.<\/p>\n
